Tariq Jarrar is the Co-founder and the Group Executive Director at Devmark Group, the leading Real Estate Advisory, Investments, Marketing & PropTech firm in the region.
TJ specializes in helping organizations increase and accelerate sales by devising, implementing, and executing sound strategies, setting up various sales partners’ distribution networks in local and international markets, and implementing sales enablement programs.
Jarrar combined education and experience allow him to provide sales solutions that are both relevant and impactful.
A seasoned Sales leader with a long-standing track record of success, TJ has been responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and CRM departments at various UAE-based real estate developers.
Since its early days, TJ has been a part of the region’s real estate market, launching significant real estate developments and managing sales offices across the MENA region. He has worked with prominent names in the UAE property sector, increasing sales, championing, and executing market ascendancy and restructuring operations.
His nearly three decades career started in the banking sector; after an illustrious spell in wealth management, he decided to move to real estate to broaden his expertise and contribute to the industry’s growth. Tariq’s immense skills and expertise in the real estate industry is complemented by his knowledge and years of experience in wealth management. His collaborative leadership style has been invaluable in cultivating an authentic culture of excellence and achievement with a diverse and seasoned pool of Sales and Marketing talents across the region.
Before Co-founding Devmark Group, Jarrar held previous executive roles. Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Oriental Pearls Real Estate Development, Head of Sales at Bloom Holding, Communities Director of Sales and CRT at Majid Al Futtaim and, Director of Sales at Damac.
Tariq holds a post-graduate degree in finance and banking from the prestigious Toledo University in the USA.
He is a Certified Sales Professional from the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) and an accomplished bilingual sales coach; he is an active member of the Sales Enablement Society-Dubai chapter.
